During my time as a graduating student of UE Manila several years ago, I remember spending weeks researching about Dr. Jose Rizal. Imagine those times where the only things I can search in the internet were UFO sightings, Bert is Evil and scanned pages of Playboy.
Good thing we had a huge Filipiniana section in our school. Also got the chance to meet true-blooded Rizalistas in Laguna. All for the love of our group's docu as our our project for the Finals.
Now, back to the present. All metro manila college students will have the chance to get to know our national hero better through the amateur photo contest Mga Pamanang Aral ni Pepe.
It will really help your winning chances if you do a little research work since your entries should be based on his accomplishments, visions and talents.
