Share Your Story and Win a Trip to Taiwan and ASUS Products
ASUS, maker of the world’s bestselling and most award winning motherboards, commands the biggest market share globally. The company started in 1989, and quickly became an industry leader through innovation, and building a reputation among global media and consumers as a trusted hardware provider. As a result, the company has sold more than 420 million motherboards since 1989 — the combined length of which would circle the Earth over three and is the equivalent of 14,478 times the height of Mount Everest! In 2009, ASUS received 3268 awards, averaging about 9 awards per day.
That's the story of ASUS. How about you, do you have any ASUS story to tell to the world. Something you are proud of. Well, if that story is quite a remarkable one, you might win yourself a trip to Taiwan with hotel accommodations.
To enter, users need only share their stories of how they’ve used ASUS technology to achieve amazing things at www.event.asus.com/mb/2010/PRIDE. They can choose to submit either a video or photos, and then select the PRIDE category of their choice.
The categories are Performance, Reliability or Innovation/Creativity, and users must write a short story explaining how their entry fits into their chosen category. Grand prizes for each category include ASUS ROG Motherboard Maximus III Gene, ASUS P8P67 LE, and ASUS O! Play HDPR-1 multimedia player for local Philippine winners, to global prizes, such as the latest ROG 3D notebook (G73) or a trip** to ASUS headquarters in Taiwan to meet up with one of the world’s top overclocker, the ASUS R&D team, and much more for global winners.
To enter the competition, visit www.event.asus.com/mb/2010/PRIDE and submit your entry before midnight 23:59 (GMT) on 16th December 2010 to be eligible. Entrants can gain international recognition for their innovative and impressive stories and win fantastic prizes. Plus, anyone who takes part in the international voting (from 05th January 2011) will have an opportunity to win other great ASUS prizes in the second round.
The top six winners from each qualifying country will be selected and announced on 5th January 2011. The fan favorite vote for the regional winners starts on 5th January 2011 at http://event.asus.com/mb/2010/PRIDE with the final vote closing on 17th January 2011.

Attention Bloggers: Presscon/ Launch of Contest with Dingdong Dantes
image was taken from igma.tv |
The presscon will be held at Hotel Intercon in Makati City on November 24 (4 pm onwards) to hype up
“The High Flyers Campaign” video-making contest which aims to continue an earlier campaign / advocacy of the People Management Association of the Philippines (PMAP) and reach the youth more effectively through an interactive activity. The term High Flyers is a metaphor for the kind of youth that we believe to be winners, not just for the contest but for the rest of their lives, since they are more assured of jobs and a secure future.
To create a high level of awareness, PMAP has partnered with Dingdong Dantes as the campaigns’ official endorser. The 2-minute video will feature Dingdong as he einvite students to join the PMAP and SEAIR Search for the High Flyers. The contest is open to students 16-21 years of age and it will run from November 25, 2010 until March 15, 2011. Grand prizes include trips to Boracay and Singapore. Details of the contest will be discussed in the presscon which I will also post here.

Take Home A Clinique Travel Set Promo
So it is indeed November.
After the scent of candles from All Souls Day, here comes the cold breeze that would remind us that it's time to do your Christmas wish list and another list of those you feel like giving gifts to. It's always a good thing to have a longer list of names of people than items. It just shows not only that you have a lot of friends and love ones but you also have the means to buy each one of them gifts. If you ended up having a longer list on items you wish to have, you might had too much window shopping lately.
Reminds me of some stuff at home that I got as gifts last Christmas that I have yet to use. I know what you're thinking but I have no plans of making recycle gifts out of those blessings since some of them came from people who are really dear to me. And that includes my wife who gave me a big bottle of Clinique Happy.
I have yet to open it since I still have a few ounces left on the small bottle of Happy which I personally bought. I just love the cool, light and refreshing scent of this perfume. I can say that it is one of my favorites along with Gucci Rush and Cool Water.
Now, here's your chance to win a Clinique Travel set from an online buddy Dash Estefani. From November 2-23, dashhash.wordpress.com is running a contest called Take Home A Clinique Travel Set Promo where one lucky winner can win the following Clinique products:
Take The Day Off Travel Size [1.7 fl.oz/50ml]
Travel Dish
Blushwear Cream Stick Mini in Rosy Blush
