The contest is open to all currently enrolled high school, college and tech-voc students, from ages 14-23 years old.
Entries must be written in English using 12 pt. Times Roman font, not more than two (2) sheets of letter-sized bond paper, double spaced. Deadline for submission is on August 10, 2010, (6 pm).
